Depending on the season, the chef will treat you to fresh, home-crafted produce.
Right now: Skate wing, Asparagus and smoked virgin trout, Oeuf parfait, Tuna and fennel confit and fennel crudité, Rabbit with mustard and prunes, Lobster, Garriguette strawberries, Lemon confit, Gentian glazed parfait...
Our bar is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm for an aperitif or snack!

Depending on the season, the chef will treat you to fresh, home-crafted produce.
Right now: Red tuna with shiso spices, Gentian snails, Lobster passion with tarragon, Veal sweetbreads, Herring with cauliflower, Cheeses from Marc Janin (Best Craftsman of France) from our own beautiful region, and the ever-surprising desserts of our pastry chef Alexandre!
