On the top floor, the contemporary art collection focuses on the economic context of the 60s and 70s and the relationship between art and social change. It includes pieces from Narrative Figuration, New Realism, and the Coopérative des Malassis - an anti-consumerist artists' collective. The collection is an authentic look at reality as seen through the eyes of contemporary artists.
Joël Césari is an artist through and through, using the plate as his canvas and the produce as his material, and as such elevates his contemporary vision of creative cuisine to an art form.
